Office Manager
We are a local chiropractic and nutrition clinic, as well as a consulting firm for healthcare practitioners through seminars, webinars, and phone consultations. We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to manage this diverse practice, while maintaining patient and client relations and insurance coding and billing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Relations and File Management: scheduling, mailings, management of social media and website, ensure HIPAA-compliance across the office, maintain current and/or create new methods for file management and patient relations
- Assistant to Doctor: scheduling practitioner consultations, ship orders, electronically distribute webinars, assist in seminar production
- Insurance Coding & Billing: track patient deductibles and benefits, keep current on insurance billing, track all claims and promptly dispute unpaid claims, attend annual billing and coding seminars, collection of past due balances
- Inventory: maintain and order product inventory, prepare quarterly reports of sales and sales tax
- Marketing: Identify opportunities for marketing, create and implement marketing strategies
Required Work Experience/Skill Sets:
- A thorough understanding of the full Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written communication skills AND an eye for graphic design/layout to maintain uniform and professional interactions with our clients and patients
- Ability to learn office software and improve upon its current function within the practice
- Experience in office management/efficiency
- Experience in the holistic healthcare system and a genuine interest in learning!
Hours & Compensation:
- Four days per week (every Tuesday and weekends off) /30- 32 hours per week
- $11/hour with annual raises and potential for bonuses
